Support day-to-day nonprofit accounting including preparing and submitting government grant vouchers, full-cycle accounts receivable, month-end close assistance, maintaining balance sheet schedules, tracking contract submissions/payments, supporting budgeting and program expense accounting, and assisting the Controller with AP and related duties.

Run and manage a SNAP/Medicaid volunteer program including outreach, onboarding, scheduling, benefit enrollment support, and compliance with IDHS. Provide executive administrative support: scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, board materials, minutes, expense reconciliation, and project coordination. Maintain program records, develop trainings, and serve as primary contact for volunteers and interns, working within anti-racist, trauma-informed frameworks.
