Leads accounting and financial-control activities for Northern Virginia service centers. Oversees budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, inventory controls, month-end and year-end close, billing, credit, collections, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance. Partners with operational leaders on performance improvement, profitability, cost reduction, and internal controls. Recruits and manages the local accounting team while supporting financial planning and business growth.

Conduct pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners, assess HVAC needs, prepare quotes, explain product and installation options, present financing and promotions, and close sales. Build customer relationships and provide tailored comfort solutions. ARS provides leads, training, a vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet. Sales experience is required; residential HVAC knowledge and in-home sales experience are preferred.

Engage shoppers in major home improvement stores, educate them about HVAC and home comfort solutions, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations. Maintain a professional in-store presence, support promotions, enter customer information, and attend weekly office meetings. Weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, and a background check are required. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
