Lead ferrous and non-ferrous departments while maintaining strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.

Manage regional heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, utilization, and lifecycle planning across industrial facilities. Analyzes operational data, develops staff, backs up the Facility Manager, ensures steel mill standards, and engages commercial and peddler customers. The role requires industrial or recycling supervisory experience, leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, outdoor work, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports daily auto shredder facility operations, safety, compliance, production goals, quality standards, budgets, equipment inventory, and staff training. Analyzes operational data, resolves production issues, supports customer and commercial relationships, and serves as backup to the facility Manager. Leads industrial teams in an outdoor, hands-on environment and contributes to long-term operational growth.

Leads daily retail operations at a U-Pull-It location, including customer service, cashiering, inventory management, vehicle title processing, online parts and car sales, reporting, cash accountability, and showroom maintenance. Supervises and trains counter clerks, coordinates with vendors and tow truck drivers, manages vending machines, processes payments, and supports retail promotions and special projects.
