Processes non-trade and trade invoices through the complete accounts payable cycle. Responsibilities include invoice routing and approvals, weekly payment runs, check requests, tax accuracy, vendor correspondence, W-9 compliance, discrepancy resolution, aging research, and facility support. Provides backup to the AP Supervisor and completes special projects while maintaining accurate, timely processing and effective communication.

Supervises U-Pull-It retail operations, including customer service, counter clerks, inventory, online parts and vehicle sales, cash handling, title processing, scheduling, reporting, vendor communication, and employee training. Maintains showroom standards, tracks operational metrics, verifies financial and production reports, and supports the Facility Manager with administrative and clerical duties.

Supervise night-shift production employees, meet volume, quality, and material-recovery targets, track shift metrics, coach staff, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance. The role also supports training, equipment operation, safety and environmental compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational audits. Candidates need industrial supervisory experience, mechanical and electrical repair familiarity, welding knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license.
