The role requires strong recruitment expertise, organizational ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Fluency in English and engineering or technology recruiting experience are preferred or advantageous.

Source and recruit technical talent across engineering and technology roles. Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, assess candidate fit, partner with hiring managers, provide a strong candidate experience, monitor recruiting metrics, share market intelligence, and improve sourcing and hiring processes. The role requires familiarity with technical skills, recruitment tools, advanced sourcing techniques, and effective stakeholder communication.

Leads mechanical work packages for iron-air battery development, covering design concepts, structures, piping, fittings, CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, supplier collaboration, validation, cost reduction, and production support. Coordinates cross-functional inputs from analysis, manufacturing, materials, electrical, sourcing, and suppliers while maintaining interfaces, backward compatibility, technical quality, and delivery.
