The role also supports account growth and recurring revenue through successful AI implementation.

Leads a software engineering delivery pod, setting architecture and technical direction while ensuring quality, scope, and timelines. Manages and develops engineers through regular feedback, hiring, and resource planning. Champions AI-assisted development, responsible AI, and inclusive team culture. Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, supports pre-sales activities, resolves engineering blockers, and contributes to cross-pod technical guilds.

Own the technical product roadmap for AltaML’s AltaForge platform, making decisions about architecture, costs, performance, observability, reusable libraries, and scalability. Conduct technical discovery, evaluate frameworks and AI tools through prototypes, track agentic programming trends, and translate findings into product decisions. Partner closely with engineers and developers as internal customers while supporting external client needs. The role requires prior software engineering, technical product management, agentic systems, LLM applications, and developer-focused platform or tooling experience.

Acquire and expand public sector and healthcare accounts by selling AI and machine learning services and products. Build executive relationships, manage revenue pipelines, meet multimillion-dollar quotas, advise clients on AI adoption, coordinate cross-functional sales teams, develop contracts and pricing, and cultivate strategic partnerships. The role requires enterprise B2B sales expertise, public sector or healthcare experience, knowledge of privacy and data policies, and strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop and deliver ML-powered applications, working with cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks while actively participating in technical design and collaboration within a project pod.

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-integrated applications, mentor team members, and engage with clients on technical scopes, emphasizing hands-on development and architectural decisions.
