Lead and manage the Altais Hawaii integrated health network, setting strategy, overseeing finance, operations, clinical performance, governance, payer and hospital relations, business development, and physician engagement to grow and sustain the market.

Manage and support provider contracts across Commercial, Medicare and Medi-Cal lines for multiple medical groups. Draft and negotiate agreements and amendments, maintain contract files and systems (Symplr, Epic), coordinate with internal stakeholders, support provider inquiries and value-based contracting, and contribute to operational implementation, reporting, and provider communications.

Lead physician network expansion and operations by building relationships with physicians, medical groups, and payers; implement network strategy and performance optimization; support physician services and satisfaction; collaborate with clinical and quality teams; and manage and coach a team of network development and physician relations professionals.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments; verify insurance and demographics; handle inbound/outbound calls and triage; document interactions in CRM, track scheduling metrics, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Support clinical teams and assist with special projects.

Manage full lifecycle of provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment. Submit and track payer applications, maintain CAQH/PECOS/PAVE records, troubleshoot EHR/Athena enrollment issues, ensure NCQA and government payer compliance, prepare audit-ready files, and coordinate communications across teams to prevent billing disruption.

Lead actuarial analyses for Medicare risk adjustment, pricing, and financial reporting. Extract and manage large healthcare datasets, build risk score reports (Cozeva, claims, Power BI), support forecasts/filings, advise senior management, collaborate with operations, and mentor junior analysts.

Accountable for end-to-end physician lifecycle from contract signature through retention. Set onboarding and implementation strategy, govern go‑live readiness, coordinate credentialing/claims/provider data/call center workflows, manage AVP Network Engagement, define disciplined handoffs, identify and resolve systemic operational risks, and drive continuous improvement using lifecycle data and KPIs to inform network strategy and investments.

Lead provider contracting strategy and negotiations across hospitals, physician groups, ancillaries, and behavioral health providers. Manage contract development, implementation, and templates; analyze financial performance with Finance; create value-based reimbursement models; resolve complex contractual issues; oversee team training, communications, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
