Develop and execute strategies to grow Altais’s healthcare provider network in Hawaii. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting physicians, managing provider relationships, completing onboarding and agreements, coordinating credentialing, delivering presentations, researching market and competitor trends, and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with extensive provider networking and managed care experience. This hybrid position requires travel throughout the region up to 75% of the time.

Owns month-end journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, schedules, reporting, regulatory filings, and variance analysis. Investigates accounting issues, supports audits, maintains controls and procedures, and partners with business and IT teams on system integrity and process improvements. Supports strategic projects, system implementations, and accurate financial reporting while communicating risks and recommendations to management.

Leads development and delivery of complex healthcare, clinical, provider, and financial datasets. Provides enterprise reporting, dashboards, data visualization, business intelligence, and decision support. Analyzes cost, utilization, provider, member, and clinical data to identify inefficiencies and savings opportunities. Serves as an internal analytics consultant, improves data procedures, automates reporting processes, trains team members, and ensures validation and documentation standards.
