Lead enterprise design and deployment of a global operating model for bovine IVF production. Drive standardization, SPC, automation, AI/analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, quality systems, and continuous improvement to scale consistent, high-throughput production across labs and field operations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the supply chain function: greet visitors, manage phone and email inquiries, route customer requests, maintain calendars and office supplies, input and manage data, distribute mail, and provide backup support to customer service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead accounts receivable and credit to optimize working capital (DSO, aging, cash conversion), improve cash flow, oversee billing/collections/cash application, drive process automation and ERP/data analytics improvements, manage and develop the AR/credit team, align cross-functionally with Sales/Operations/FP&A, and maintain credit policy, risk controls, and executive reporting.

Lead definition and execution of a global CRM strategy and roadmap (centered on Salesforce). Drive integrations (e.g., HubSpot), stakeholder alignment, adoption, governance, change management, phased implementations, and measure outcomes to make CRM the single source of truth.

Handle sires and cattle using established protocols, perform feeding, cleaning, moving, health testing assistance, basic maintenance, operate farm equipment, and maintain facilities while following safety practices.

Manage import/export logistics for third-party semen and embryos, handling order processing through invoicing, compliance with CFIA, inbound receipt verification, logistics coordination, customer issue resolution, and supply chain performance tracking with process improvement.

Manage daily lab operations, lead and develop staff, schedule semen collection and production, perform evaluation/processing/packaging, maintain quality/compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage seedstock cow herd performance, health, breeding, grazing, and feeding using data and technology. Lead a small team, maintain accurate herd records, implement rotational grazing (virtual fencing), collaborate cross-functionally, operate equipment safely, and drive continuous improvement in genetics and operational efficiency.

Lead enterprise strategy execution and M&A integrations, establish governance and execution discipline, provide dotted-line program leadership, align senior stakeholders, and drive value realization and continuous improvement across a global, matrixed organization.

Coordinate import/export and full-cycle order processing for colostrum products, manage inbound receipt and CFIA compliance, liaise with customers and logistics partners, track supply chain metrics, resolve transportation and customer issues, prepare export documentation, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Define and lead end-to-end cloud application and platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. Partner with engineering, security, data, and product teams to design shared platform capabilities, data and integration patterns, governance, observability, and migration/modernization roadmaps.
