Lead enterprise design and deployment of a global operating model for bovine IVF production. Drive standardization, SPC, automation, AI/analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, quality systems, and continuous improvement to scale consistent, high-throughput production across labs and field operations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the supply chain function: greet visitors, manage phone and email inquiries, route customer requests, maintain calendars and office supplies, input and manage data, distribute mail, and provide backup support to customer service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead day-to-day seedstock cattle operations for >3,000 head annually, oversee feeding, processing, health monitoring, data collection, and presentation. Manage and develop a 3-4 person team, enforce safety and training, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with feedlot leadership on planning, budgeting, and customer support.
