Perform IVF lab procedures for cattle including evaluating, grading, and freezing embryos; prepare fertilization materials, culture plates, and semen; maintain accurate records and support quality control and embryology training.

Serve as a strategic client advocate delivering personalized consultation on production planning and genetic services, coordinate cross-functional solutions, communicate technical results, manage contracts and inventory, support domestic embryo/semen shipping, and build long-term client partnerships to drive retention.

Act as primary customer contact to process and validate orders, manage inventory in ERP, coordinate domestic and international shipments, track deliveries, resolve issues, assist with purchase orders, generate fulfillment and inventory reports, and identify process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
