Packages finished products into cartons, labels and palletizes shipments, inspects product quality, records production data, removes defective material, and supports machine start-ups, changeovers, and cleanup. The role requires safe hand-saw use, adherence to PPE and housekeeping standards, teamwork, and the ability to work in hot, humid, wet conditions while standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages sales, account planning, forecasting, reporting, and customer relationships across an assigned territory. Develops new business, grows target accounts, supports issue resolution, coordinates order fulfillment, demonstrates building products, applies product specifications and building codes, reads blueprints, negotiates pricing, and mentors sales representatives. The role requires extensive regional travel and focuses on remodeling, new construction, project work, and installed sales solutions.

Manages exterior remodeling construction projects across multiple markets from inception through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, timeline and profitability oversight, site measurements, quote reviews, safety and quality audits, customer and contractor communication, change orders, minor repairs, subcontractor management, field personnel training, and market deployment. Requires frequent travel, construction or building-products experience, blueprint interpretation, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products at end-of-line, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, and support continuous improvement while following safety procedures.

Drive new customer acquisition in remodel and new construction markets. Prospect, cold outreach, build and manage pipeline, conduct presentations/site visits, close deals, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, maintain CRM records, and report market and competitor trends to meet sales targets.
