Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products at end-of-line, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, and support continuous improvement while following safety procedures.

Manage territory sales, develop target accounts, grow new and existing business, forecast and report, provide escalated customer service, mentor sales reps, demo products, read blueprints, and work with supply centers to fulfill orders.

Work on-site in a manufacturing plant assembling and inspecting window components, operating equipment, packing finished product, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and cross-training across positions.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts by developing target accounts, acquiring new customers, forecasting, reporting, and mentoring sales reps. Provide product demos, read blueprints, understand building codes and pricing, collaborate with supply centers, and resolve escalated customer issues. Heavy regional travel required.

Drive new customer acquisition in remodel and new construction markets. Prospect, cold outreach, build and manage pipeline, conduct presentations/site visits, close deals, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, maintain CRM records, and report market and competitor trends to meet sales targets.

Package finished products to specifications, erect and palletize cartons, perform quality inspections, record production counts, operate basic hand tools (including hand saw), maintain 5S housekeeping and PPE compliance, assist production during changeovers and cleanups, and report defects or safety issues. Work involves repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing full shifts, and operating in hot, humid, and wet manufacturing conditions.
