Pack finished products into cartons, assemble and prep cartons, assist with line startups/shutdowns and product changeovers, perform quality inspections and measurements, record counts and production data, maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety and quality standards. Position is for 2nd and 3rd shifts and may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Perform packing duties including packing boxes, erecting cartons, assisting with line startups/shutdowns and product changes; maintain quality standards, cleanliness, and perform line quality checks, measurements, box counts, and output data collection.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products at end-of-line, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, and support continuous improvement while following safety procedures.
