Perform packing duties including packing boxes, erecting cartons, assisting with line startups/shutdowns and product changes; maintain quality standards, cleanliness, and perform line quality checks, measurements, box counts, and output data collection.

Package finished products to specifications, erect and palletize cartons, perform quality inspections, record production counts, operate basic hand tools (including hand saw), maintain 5S housekeeping and PPE compliance, assist production during changeovers and cleanups, and report defects or safety issues. Work involves repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing full shifts, and operating in hot, humid, and wet manufacturing conditions.
