The Operations Specialist mentors staff, assists with deposit processing, customer service, training, audits, and helps the Operations Supervisor as needed.

Administers and supports enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, servers, virtualization, SAN, VDI, and directory services. Performs network monitoring, security updates, troubleshooting, repairs, access management, capacity planning, technical design, disaster recovery testing, and complex project implementation. Evaluates technology vendors and recommends purchases while collaborating with IT teams, departments, and vendors.
