Manages Alpine Bank’s digital payments products, including ACH, wires, Zelle, FedNow, bill pay, and external transfers. Develops roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, coordinates upgrades, ensures compliance with payment rules and regulations, assesses risks, updates policies and agreements, and communicates changes to stakeholders. Leads payment initiatives, supports training for bank staff, collaborates across departments, and helps improve product efficiency, growth, and customer experience.

Processes and reconciles daily income, trades, settlements, distributions, deposits, transfers, wires, ACH transactions, and checks for wealth management accounts. Reviews account-opening documentation, organizes operational workflows, researches issues, and trains staff on accounting functions. Requires accurate, independent work, strong communication, confidentiality, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The role requires reliable on-site attendance in a professional office environment.

Manages and supervises the information security team, overseeing SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, user monitoring, threat hunting, breach simulations, and security operations. Develops security standards, protects systems and data, monitors threats and infrastructure, manages security products and vendors, tracks metrics, and leads incident analysis. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and promotion recommendations. The role requires on-site attendance, occasional schedule flexibility, and regular travel to conferences, meetings, and branch locations.
