Handles inbound customer calls at a bank branch, assisting with account inquiries, transfers, stop payments, check verification, and account maintenance. Provides Online and Mobile Banking support (enrollment, Bill Pay, eStatements, mobile deposits), researches and resolves issues, prints statements/check copies, and liaises with other departments.

Perform daily deposit operations including monitoring new account setups and CIP documentation, processing returned mail and item transactions (NSFs, chargebacks, foreign items), reconciling internal accounts and cash, scanning/indexing documents, completing research and verifications, maintaining DDA/CIF records, and supporting deposit operations staff and clerical duties.

The Senior Lender/Manager will develop and support bank lending processes, maintain banking relationships, execute sales plans, mentor staff, and oversee loan operations, while ensuring departmental alignment with strategic goals.
