The Lending Officer develops and maintains banking relationships, compiles loan packages, negotiates terms, ensures timely loan closings, and supports community activities, with a focus on strategic goals.

Manage operations and staff for one or more bank retail locations, ensuring compliance, productivity, and high customer service. Handle escalated customer issues, perform and verify audits, master teller/new account and vault functions (wires, ATM settlement, vault balancing), hire and train staff, manage scheduling, and meet regional and bank-wide goals.
