Develops equipment and labor estimates, scopes of work, bid responses, system drawings, and deployment documentation. Collaborates with sales, CAD, project management, installation, and field engineering teams. Provides technical recommendations, researches products, supports deployments, and resolves technical issues. Requires comprehensive audio, video, networking, and AV systems knowledge, with up to 30% travel.

Own demand generation and marketing operations for complex B2B markets. Develop account-based marketing and multi-channel campaigns, optimize HubSpot automation and reporting, improve sales alignment, manage external partners, and drive measurable pipeline growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, system optimization, performance analysis, and adoption of AI and emerging marketing technologies.

Leads complex broadcast systems design and installation projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include construction coordination, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, resource management, change orders, risk mitigation, systems integration, commissioning, client communication, documentation, and financial reconciliation. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders while applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies and using Microsoft 365, especially Excel, for project controls and reporting.
