Leads the Engineering team responsible for presales and post-sales broadcast and audiovisual system designs, labor estimates, bills of materials, CAD packages, and final deliverables. Manages engineering handoffs, quality standards, staffing, budgets, project priorities, employee lifecycle activities, customer technical discussions, and continuous improvement. Ensures designs are accurate, timely, coordinated, and ready for Procurement, Installation, Programming, Commissioning, and Support teams.

Designs and implements audiovisual systems for corporate, education, digital signage, IPTV, sports, and broadcast clients. Develops equipment and labor estimates, scopes of work, bid responses, system drawings, and deployment documentation. Collaborates with sales, CAD, project management, installation, and field engineering teams. Provides technical recommendations, researches products, supports deployments, and resolves technical issues. Requires comprehensive audio, video, networking, and AV systems knowledge, with up to 30% travel.

Own demand generation and marketing operations for complex B2B markets. Develop account-based marketing and multi-channel campaigns, optimize HubSpot automation and reporting, improve sales alignment, manage external partners, and drive measurable pipeline growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, system optimization, performance analysis, and adoption of AI and emerging marketing technologies.
