Lead group financial management including consolidated monthly/annual reporting, budgeting, cash flow and treasury, tax and audit coordination, internal controls, ERP/system improvements, and managing a small finance team to ensure compliance and actionable financial insight for senior leadership.

Translate and transcreate a wide range of materials (marketing, UI, web, manuals, press, subtitles). Maintain translation memories, termbases, style guides; post-edit machine translations; conduct terminology research; attend client meetings and occasional on-site demos. Work ~30 hours/week during European hours.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems across the full model lifecycle: model integration, fine-tuning, multi-agent and RAG architectures, end-to-end pipelines, testing, monitoring, and cross-functional delivery to meet business goals.
