Support the Project Manager across all project phases, monitor progress, assist with scheduling, estimating, quality management and reporting, maintain client communication, ensure safety/environmental compliance, oversee inspections, utility coordination, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery through closeout.

Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for A/E/C federal, transportation, SLED and commercial opportunities. Oversee proposal teams, schedules, compliance reviews, color team reviews, writing/editing, production, interview materials, market research, and QA/QC of marketing materials.

Lead and grow a traffic engineering team delivering traffic analysis, forecasting, simulation, safety studies, ITS planning, and PS&E development. Provide technical leadership, project management, QA/QC, client coordination, and business development while producing plans, specifications, estimates, reports, and presentations for projects across Maryland and Virginia.

Lead and deliver large, complex federal construction and program management projects; recruit, mentor, and manage project teams; oversee project performance, compliance, budgeting, and client relations; drive business development, capture, proposals, and pursuit strategy for federal opportunities.

Design and develop highway and roadway projects from concept through final design. Produce plan/profile, typical sections, cross-sections, MOT, signing/marking plans, construction documents, quantities, and corridor models using Bentley tools while following AASHTO and DOT standards and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
