Leads Alpha’s Virginia Beach office, overseeing daily operations, multidisciplinary staff, project delivery, client relationships, business development, proposals, and regional growth. The role combines office leadership with a hands-on seller-doer focus, supporting construction management, engineering, infrastructure, and program management projects. Responsibilities include staffing, mentoring, forecasting, workload planning, project performance, client service, compliance, and coordination with field teams, contractors, agencies, and senior leadership across Southeast Virginia and surrounding markets.

Lead multidisciplinary architectural and engineering teams delivering construction documents for storage tank replacement projects at transportation facilities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, design quality, stakeholder coordination, existing-condition investigations, technical decisions, and construction-ready drawings and specifications. Serve as the primary owner liaison and resolve cross-discipline design conflicts while developing practical, constructible solutions for site and operational constraints.

Leads architectural and engineering services for aerial structure evaluation and rehabilitation design. Manages schedules, budgets, milestones, client coordination, multidisciplinary teams, field inspections, nondestructive testing, condition assessments, design deliverables, quality reviews, and compliance. The role coordinates work across three locations and supports safe, practical, constructible solutions within operating transit or transportation facilities.
