Own post-sales journey for a portfolio of large enterprise customers: drive onboarding, adoption, retention, NPS, and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, run QBRs, mitigate risk, mentor CSMs, contribute to playbooks, and leverage AI to scale success processes.

Lead strategy and execution of B2B SaaS customer education programs: design curricula, manage a small team, build LMS/academy content (courses, KBs, webinars, certifications), partner with Product/CS/Support, define KPIs, run experiments, and report impact on adoption, retention, and support deflection.

Guide customers through SaaS implementation from kickoff to launch: configure platform settings, integrate systems, validate data, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, coordinate website partners, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure launch readiness and improve implementation processes.

Design, build, and own backend features and integrations end-to-end. Improve reliability, scale, and uptime; debug complex production issues; design resilient APIs and background processing; collaborate cross-functionally and drive architecture and quality.
