Investigate and resolve escalated production bugs, own customer implementations (integrations, data mapping, configuration), carry L2 on-call during night shift, ship and deploy fixes via standard engineering workflows, document resolutions, automate recurring fixes, and surface systemic quality issues to core engineering.

Manage the company’s accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, payroll, tax compliance, and audit support. The role oversees TDS, GST, payroll contributions, fixed assets, and statutory filings while coordinating with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and an outsourced accounting partner. It also drives process improvements, automation, and accurate financial reporting under India and US GAAP.

Lead end-to-end design for complex B2B workflows, own problem framing, ship high-quality interaction and accessibility-first designs, evolve the design system, mentor designers, and integrate AI-assisted prototyping and user validation into the product process.
