Vice President of Operations will lead service operations, warehouse logistics, customer relations, call center activities, and a team of 25+ employees for a medical device company. Responsibilities include improving customer experience, service delivery, supply chain efficiency, service revenue, KPI performance, and operational profitability. The role requires collaboration with global headquarters, oversight of ERP and CRM initiatives, and leadership of automation and continuous-improvement efforts. The position is primarily onsite in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, with travel at least six times annually, including two international trips.

Lead Product Management, bridge global teams and R&D, author PRDs and MRDs, drive usability testing, manage a high-performing team, standardize frameworks and processes in R&D.

The role involves leading digital marketing efforts, creating content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive business growth.
