Develop and integrate multidisciplinary energy-based medical-aesthetic platforms. Responsibilities include defining system requirements, maintaining traceability, supporting system integration, conducting risk management and root-cause analysis, preparing design-control documentation, supporting IEC safety and regulatory testing, and collaborating with electrical, mechanical, optical, software, clinical, manufacturing, service, and external teams.

Performs end-to-end black-box software verification for medical-aesthetic devices. Reviews requirements, creates test plans and protocols, executes testing, documents results, reports defects, supports issue reproduction, and automates tests when beneficial. Requires 2–5 years of software verification experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with medical devices, hardware, scripting, Monday.com, or ISTQB certification as advantages.

Leads daily Client Relations operations, supervises and coaches team members, manages escalated customer issues, monitors KPIs and service levels, and drives process improvement. Coordinates adverse event matters with Quality, Regulatory, Service, and other departments while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Oversees ticket, RMA, service order, workflow, training, scheduling, and performance management activities. This is a full-time onsite role in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, with no travel required.
