Lead and implement the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, manage the company document management system, perform technical writing of procedures and instructions, maintain data in engineering information systems, and update labels and part numbers. Work with BOMs and technical drawings and support configuration/document control tasks.

Onsite customer experience and sales specialist responsible for retaining customers and renewing service contracts. Duties include making at least 80 outbound calls daily, generating service-related sales, managing quotes and contract information in CRM and ERP systems, conducting post-sale customer touchpoints, pursuing expiring contracts, meeting sales goals, overcoming objections, and developing strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Implement and extend NetSuite financial modules, integrations, configurations, reports, workflows, and KPIs. Provide global support to financial users, translate business requirements into ERP solutions, and lead full-lifecycle implementation projects. Collaborate with implementation teams and clients, manage milestones, customize systems, and support record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes.
