Lead strategy, planning, and execution of national tradeshows, congresses, masterclasses, and internal meetings to drive HCP engagement and revenue. Own event portfolio, budgets, vendors, performance metrics, cross-functional alignment, and team development while ensuring premium brand experiences and measurable ROI. Role requires significant travel and hands-on onsite execution.

Own global demand planning end-to-end: build and improve forecasts, lead monthly S&OP with global stakeholders, analyze trends and KPIs, translate demand into supply plans, drive process improvements, and produce management reports and dashboards aligning operational and financial forecasts.
