Provides front-office and executive administrative support in a fully in-office environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing calls, calendars, mail, deliveries, conference rooms, refreshments, office supplies, facilities tasks, and support for Operations and Client Service teams. The role also provides light assistance to the CFO, maintains high service and quality standards, and recommends process improvements.

Paid, part-time interns rotate across wealth management teams, support financial plan creation, conduct financial planning research, assist with client casework, respond to client questions under CFP supervision, and shadow advisor meetings. The role provides hands-on exposure to client service, investment planning, retirement planning, and advisory operations while preparing students for CFP certification and future associate advisor opportunities.

Support M&A activity by performing financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration work. Prepare pro forma P&Ls, transaction and board presentation materials, manage diligence data rooms, monitor deal progress, and perform ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to realize deal value.
