Own AllVoices’ product marketing strategy, including ICP definition, value propositions, competitive differentiation, website messaging, product launches, sales enablement, customer communications, and webinars. Conduct buyer and win/loss research, partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, Events, Content, and agencies, and create polished marketing assets hands-on using Canva and AI tools.

Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise HR customers: manage API integrations, data ingestion (HRIS), SQL validation, log and error diagnosis, and drive full lifecycle account outcomes including renewals, expansions, adoption, and product feedback to inform roadmap prioritization.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, selling AllVoices to HR and People leaders. Run high-velocity deals, deliver demos and ROI, manage large pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and forecast accuracy.

Own full enterprise sales cycle selling HR tech to CHROs, CFOs, Legal and Compliance at Fortune 1000s. Lead discovery, demos, procurement, security and RFP processes; manage pipeline and Salesforce forecasts; partner cross-functionally to close and expand large ACV deals and demonstrate ROI.

Convert manual test cases into stable automated end-to-end tests, expand regression coverage using Cypress/Puppeteer/Playwright, adopt AI-assisted QA tools, debug failing tests, collaborate with engineers and product, and document automation patterns and standards while providing manual QA when needed.
