Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner, owning company priorities, OKR planning, cross-functional special projects, board and investor communications, senior and clinical hiring, onboarding, and internal operating cadence. Lead ambiguous initiatives from analysis through launch, support fundraising and stakeholder engagement, and represent the company with partners and at industry events.

Provides individual and group clinical supervision to associate clinicians, reviews clinical documentation, supports crisis and risk management, ensures ethical and regulatory compliance, and guides LGBTQIA+-affirming, trauma-informed care. The supervisor also contributes to quality assurance, licensing oversight, clinician development, and maintains a small direct-client caseload. This is a fully remote, part-time role requiring independent Maryland or Virginia licensure and board-approved supervisor status.

Own the company’s finance and operational infrastructure, including strategic finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting oversight, month-end close, payroll, revenue cycle management, clinician credentialing operations, compliance, systems, and vendor management. Partner with leadership on business decisions, pricing, payer economics, fundraising, and expansion across multiple states.

Own the patient and therapist growth experiences, from acquisition and intake through insurance verification, matching, onboarding, scheduling, and first-session activation. Lead funnel instrumentation, experimentation, conversion optimization, and systems that connect therapist capacity with patient demand. Partner across engineering, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to identify constraints, ship solutions, and measure impact on booked care.

Maintains a small direct-client caseload while collaborating on quality assurance, clinician development, and licensing oversight. This is a fully remote, part-time role requiring an active independent Maryland or Virginia license and board-approved supervisor status.

Lead development of Allswell’s AI-powered mental health product suite, building full-stack experiences for patients, providers, and clinicians. Serve as the team’s most senior engineer, contributing hands-on across backend APIs, frontend interfaces, AI systems, and AWS infrastructure. Establish technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and clinical teams, and help grow the engineering organization while delivering scalable 0-to-1 products.
