Processes property loss-draft claims by validating documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, requesting and verifying claim funds, approving draws, and updating records. Responds to borrowers, contractors, and customers in English and Spanish, explains claim-file requirements, de-escalates calls, processes complaints, and follows established procedures and service-level agreements. Provides cross-training support and assists with queue coverage.

Design, deploy, secure, automate, and operate enterprise MongoDB platforms across on-premises infrastructure and MongoDB Atlas. Responsibilities include replica sets, sharding, high availability, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, security controls, migrations, incident response, and lifecycle management. The role partners with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams; develops operational standards and automation; supports mission-critical environments; and provides technical leadership and mentorship.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle of enterprise data security products. Lead data governance, discovery, classification, DLP, access governance, compliance, and secure-by-design capabilities. Manage backlogs, Agile delivery, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and risk reduction outcomes while integrating AI to improve security workflows and productivity.
