Own product roadmap execution, prioritize features, define user needs and success outcomes, advocate for user experience, and partner with technical and non-technical teams. The role requires using data, analytics, AI capabilities, and agile processes to guide product decisions, integrate and scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, and deliver digital products.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3. Build RESTful APIs, design and optimize relational database schemas, write unit tests using TDD, and maintain code quality through reviews and automated testing. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments while optimizing application performance and responsiveness.

Lead technical strategy, architecture, and engineering for enterprise authentication platforms (AD/Entra ID, MFA, PKI, PAM, vaults). Drive migrations, automation/Infrastructure-as-Code, Zero Trust and passwordless initiatives; coach managing engineers; ensure resiliency, SLOs, observability, incident response, and security controls across cloud and application integrations.
