The role also identifies scalable automation and self-service reporting opportunities while partnering with data engineering, infrastructure, dashboarding, and product teams.

Handles complex first-party accident benefits claims, including interpreting policy coverage, setting reserves, investigating, negotiating, and settling claims. The role requires thorough documentation, regulatory compliance, customer problem resolution, and professional communication with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, and lawyers. It also involves managing claim authority limits and collaborating with adjusters and claims assistants.
