Create and revise SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies, fabrication drawings, layouts, bills of materials, and technical documentation for custom metal-fabricated equipment. Translate customer specifications and engineering concepts into manufacturable designs, applying GD&T, weld symbols, tolerances, and material specifications. Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, sales, and vendors, maintain revision-controlled documentation, support design reviews, and resolve manufacturing issues while managing multiple projects.

Designs and develops industrial furnaces, ovens, heaters, kilns, and thermal systems from concept through production. Creates CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation; applies mechanical design and design-for-manufacturability principles; supports prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with production, purchasing, sales, and leadership to develop cost-effective, safe, reliable, and customer-focused engineered products.

Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical systems for industrial furnace and thermal processing equipment using SolidWorks. Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, configurable assemblies, and CAD standards. Standardize components, improve manufacturability, reduce costs, support manufacturing, and resolve production issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain on product introductions, continuous improvement, and product quality.
