Creates production drawings and 3D CAD models, improves metal product designs, supports quoting, and provides engineering oversight during fabrication. Owns customer projects from contract review through shipment, managing schedules, risks, documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination. Works with customers, suppliers, production, quality, purchasing, and sales to resolve technical issues, maintain project progress, and address delivery impacts. Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites is required.

Supports the HR Business Partner with attendance and staffing reports, onboarding administration, benefits and I-9 tracking, training records, employee recognition, communications, surveys, feedback coordination, and performance review tracking. The role is primarily on-site in a manufacturing environment with regular shop floor presence and occasional visits to another company location.

Set up and operate Fanuc-controlled horizontal boring mills and lathes on 2nd shift to produce precision parts. Perform setups, use measurement tools to verify tolerances, perform routine maintenance, load/unload materials, read blueprints/BOMs, and follow safety procedures. Operate additional machines and assist material handling as needed.
