Lead daily operations of a community-based residential facility, ensuring resident care, regulatory compliance (DHS 83, OSHA), staff supervision, budgeting, admissions, training, incident management, and community relations. Maintain safety, oversee dietary and maintenance, manage payroll/timekeeping, hire and evaluate staff, and implement operational improvements.

Lead financial operations for a small assisted living company: manage general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, cash flow, AP/AR, Medicaid billing, reporting, system conversions, internal controls, audits, and supervise accounting staff and Business Office Managers to support strategic decisions.
