Lead daily operations, regulatory compliance, safety, staffing, budgeting, billing, and resident care for a Michigan senior living community. Drive pre-opening activities, licensing with LARA, vendor management, marketing and occupancy goals, staff recruitment/training, and community outreach while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to Frontida policies and state regulations.

Drive occupancy through strategic marketing and relationship-building with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Develop brand standards, marketing materials, events, and sales strategies; conduct tours, market research, and follow-up. Track leads, maintain CRM and inquiry systems, report campaign performance, manage budgets, train staff, support move-ins, and ensure model rooms and community first impressions meet standards.
