Oversee daily operations of a community-based residential facility, ensuring resident safety, quality care, regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, training, admissions, budgeting, incident response, and facility maintenance. Manage caregiver performance, resident and family relationships, hiring and payroll documentation, DHS compliance, corrective plans, events, and communication with physicians, case managers, surveyors, and senior leadership.

Organizes and delivers individualized, small-group, and large-group enrichment activities for assisted living residents. Develops activity calendars, supports community events, provides one-on-one programming, documents participation and progress, maintains inventories and records, and ensures programs meet resident needs and applicable regulations. Collaborates with staff and leadership to promote residents’ quality of life, independence, and engagement.

Drives occupancy for assisted living communities through marketing and sales strategies, referral relationships, community events, tours, lead follow-up, campaign reporting, and move-in coordination. Maintains brand standards, marketing materials, inquiry tracking, sales reports, budgets, competitive analysis, and community first impressions. Trains staff on customer service and tour preparation while communicating with residents, families, healthcare professionals, vendors, and management.
