Organizes, promotes, delivers, and evaluates individualized and group life-enrichment activities for assisted-living residents. Develops activity calendars, supports residents unable to participate in groups, documents care plans and progress, guides staff, maintains compliance and inventory records, and assists with community events, displays, and decorations. The role requires flexibility, independent work, communication with residents and families, and completion of applicable CBRF training.

Organize, promote, implement, and evaluate individualized and group life enrichment programming for residents. Maintain documentation (care plans, progress notes, attendance), support planning and delivery of events, follow regulations and brand standards, and assist the Life Enrichment Director.

Provide and collect correct meals, wash and sanitize dishes, follow dietary restrictions and altered diets, maintain clean organized kitchen and pantries, operate kitchen equipment, assist residents with eating, report issues to supervisors, and deliver courteous, compassionate service to elderly residents and guests.
