Manage end-to-end monthly and quarterly close processes, maintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, support financial statement preparation, assist with audit readiness and ERP implementation, improve controls and partner with the Controller across finance and external advisors.

Lead end-to-end product design initiatives: research, UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff. Build interactive prototypes, coordinate across squads, improve design systems and tooling, mentor junior designers, and partner with PMs and engineers to deliver scalable, validated experiences for private markets workflows.

Build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and LLM models for production. Create monitoring, evaluation, and feedback tooling, evaluate new techniques, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship ML-powered features.

Validate and reconcile fund and financial data, investigate and resolve data issues, own daily operational workflows, partner with data and engineering to improve quality, and build/document scalable procedures to support private-markets operations.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and SaaS for a 80+ hybrid workforce; manage provisioning, SaaS access, device and asset inventory, and vendor coordination; support security operations and SOC 2 evidence collection, access reviews, MFA enforcement, endpoint compliance, and alert monitoring in partnership with an MSP.

Build and scale Allocate's AWS-based data lakehouse and pipelines (batch and real-time). Model financial entities and integrate internal/third-party sources. Enable ML/AI workflows, vector and knowledge-graph integrations, CI/CD and containerized deployments, and collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable, production-grade data and AI infrastructure.

Provide legal support for private fund formation and operations, including drafting and negotiating fund documents, regulatory filings (Form ADV, PF, D), investor onboarding, corporate governance, and compliance for registered advisers and private investment funds. Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and contribute to development of investment and technology products.

Design and implement backend APIs and performant database schemas (Postgres/SQL); build scalable, testable C# services; work in Agile cross-functional squads; incorporate AI-assisted development tools; and drive engineering maturity and efficiency.

Own and build AI-first internal operating systems and workflow automation for sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and revenue. Partner cross-functionally to replace manual processes with robust, reliable, AI-powered systems that scale the business and reduce manual work.

Lead and build Allocate's People function end-to-end: HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, HRIS/PEO transitions, analytics, and partner with leaders to scale organizational design and employee experience.

Build and ship production frontend features using modern web technologies (Vue.js/TypeScript). Collaborate with product in a cross-functional squad to iterate UX, deliver secure, stable code, and create reusable, testable components. Operate in an AI-first workflow using agentic tools, participate in Git-based development, and apply basic AWS services to solve business problems.

Lead and grow Allocate's relationships with Midwest RIAs by building trusted partnerships with CIOs and investment teams, driving adoption of Allocate's private markets platform and solutions, managing the full relationship lifecycle, partnering with product and operations for client outcomes, and representing Allocate at industry events.

Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to identify, engage, and onboard RIAs, wealth advisors, and family offices. Manage outreach, research prospects, maintain accurate pipeline data, support onboarding and client events, and progressively take ownership of client relationships to build scalable private markets programs.

Lead and grow Allocate's RIA relationships on the East Coast, driving adoption of private markets solutions, managing full relationship lifecycle, partnering with investment/product teams, representing Allocate at industry events, and sourcing and closing complex deals to grow revenue.

Lead relationships with RIAs and wealth advisory firms to scale private markets programs using Allocate's platform. Drive platform adoption, revenue, and long-term partnerships across alternatives offerings; collaborate with investment, product, and operations teams; represent Allocate at industry events.

Manage end-to-end fund operations for 150+ funds including capital calls, distributions, wires, reconciliations, lines of credit, fee and expense tracking, and investor inquiries. Coordinate with fund admins, banks, custodians, and internal teams, document processes, resolve operational breaks, and drive client-focused issue resolution and scalable workflows.

Lead and expand relationships with RIAs, multi-family offices, and private wealth managers to drive adoption of Allocate's private markets platform. Serve as a trusted advisor on private equity, venture capital, co-investments, and portfolio construction; deliver training, thought leadership, and high-touch relationship management. Provide market feedback to internal teams and represent the firm at industry events to grow brand presence.

Support and expand Allocate's RIA and wealth advisor partnerships by sourcing and engaging prospective firms, assisting Senior Relationship Managers, onboarding clients onto the platform, coordinating events, tracking commitments and pipeline, and progressively taking ownership of client relationships. Emphasis on client research, Salesforce-driven pipeline management, data analysis, and exceptional relationship skills in private markets.

Client-facing role supporting and growing Allocate's partnerships with RIAs and wealth advisors. Identify and engage prospects, support onboarding, prepare materials, track commitments, maintain pipeline data, coordinate events, and progressively take ownership of relationships.
