Teams at Allocate

Build Allocate’s People and Talent function from the ground up. Design employee lifecycle programs, HR processes, talent operations, onboarding, engagement, learning, rewards, and retention initiatives. Implement and manage the HR technology ecosystem, improve workflows and data integrity, analyze workforce metrics, and advise managers on employee and team issues. Establish scalable processes supporting growth across multiple geographies while partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and maintain automation-first test coverage for web applications across E2E user flows and REST APIs. Use AI tools such as Claude Code to accelerate test creation, troubleshoot failures, investigate logs, and support root-cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on test planning, champion quality and testability, and develop deep product-domain expertise. The role is fully remote with travel required for offsites.

Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design teams as Allocate’s first dedicated technical recruiter. Build structured interview frameworks, sourcing strategies, talent communities, employer branding, recruiting operations, and scalable workflows. Partner with founders and technical leaders, coach interviewers, manage agencies, source passive candidates for specialized roles, and use AI tools to improve efficiency. This is a hands-on function-of-one role in a hybrid early-stage environment.
