The role coordinates production and project schedules to ensure safe, accurate, cost-effective, and timely deliveries across North America.

Support execution of structural steel scopes for large projects (notably data centers). Coordinate technical deliverables, manage document control, perform cost estimating and quantity takeoffs, support scheduling and critical-path analysis, prepare technical reports/shop drawings/as-builts, troubleshoot across design/fabrication/erection, implement process improvements, and travel up to 25%.

Lead end-to-end delivery of structural steel and related scopes for hyperscale data center and industrial projects. Manage estimating, bidding, scheduling, procurement, subcontractors, quality, budget, and cross-functional teams. Monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, maintain client relationships, and travel up to 25%. Prepare to expand scope into additional disciplines and program leadership.

Sell pre-engineered metal building systems by prospecting new clients, managing territory pipeline, providing technical guidance, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating project delivery and post-sale support.
