Support and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend and steel/fabricated commodities. Run RFQ/RFPs, analyze bids, support TCO and should-cost analysis, manage supplier onboarding and performance, participate in negotiations, track sourcing KPIs, place purchase orders, and support supply continuity. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain. Occasional travel (~10%).

Lead shipping, transportation, and logistics for structural steel and PEMB manufacturing. Coordinate load planning, carrier management, shipment scheduling, freight optimization, documentation, and cross-functional resolution to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries across North America.

Lead and oversee multiple concurrent hyperscale data center and large industrial structural steel projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Drive schedule, cost, quality, and risk performance; mentor project teams; manage client/stakeholder relationships; develop estimates and value-engineering; implement digital tools (BIM 360, Procore, Primavera P6); and champion continuous improvement and enterprise-level mitigation strategies. Travel up to 25%.
