Leads multiple mission-critical data center and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Owns schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams. Manages structural steel and expanding project scopes, mentors project staff, oversees subcontractors and vendors, drives portfolio KPIs, and implements continuous improvement using BIM 360, Procore, and Primavera P6. Travel is required up to 25%.

Leads mission-critical structural steel and data center projects from estimating and bidding through completion. Coordinates engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, subcontractors, and clients while managing schedules, budgets, quality, logistics, documentation, KPIs, and risk mitigation. The role requires resolving cross-functional issues, maintaining client relationships, and supporting expansion into additional technical disciplines. Travel up to 25% is required.

Leads shipping, transportation, and logistics for structural steel and pre-engineered metal building manufacturing. Responsibilities include shipment scheduling, load planning, freight optimization, carrier and broker management, delivery performance, documentation, compliance, issue resolution, and logistics personnel leadership. The role coordinates production and project requirements to ensure safe, accurate, cost-effective, and timely deliveries across North America.
