Supervise and develop a Client Experience team (10+ people), coach staff, manage escalated client issues, implement process improvements, analyze operational data, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service levels and client satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day CPI/LPI lender and borrower communications, process and audit notices, premiums and reports, resolve issues, analyze loan-level data to prevent issues, maintain SLAs, and support internal teams to ensure accurate billing and client satisfaction.

Execute low-to-moderate complexity sourcing and supplier management activities including contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, compliance and risk monitoring, platform administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination under senior guidance.
