Performs quality control for escrow loan servicing, analyzing payment data and account transactions to identify discrepancies, errors, and compliance risks. Investigates escalations, determines corrective actions, documents outcomes, supports client inquiries, reconciles loan and insurance data, mentors colleagues, and contributes to process improvement and special projects within Escrow Operations.

Manages REPO Plus insurance claim assignments and inventories, investigating coverage, claim history, estimates, appraisals, payments, and rejections. Coordinates with outside insurance carriers, lenders, and internal teams while meeting quality and recovery targets. Provides training, mentoring, escalations, audits, workflow improvement support, and assistance to the Claims Supervisor with work assignment and client communications.

Manages daily recovery operations, including file review, assignment distribution, salvage processing, title documentation, legal referrals, sale proceeds, ACH disbursements, reporting, and vendor coordination. Provides technical guidance, trains and mentors staff, communicates procedure updates, supports management, and helps ensure service-level standards are met.
