Manage personnel, vendor relationships, and lifecycle projects to maximize adoption, minimize disruption, and improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead client data support for insurance monitoring implementations and client data conversions. Oversee IT service desk, manage processes for data mappings, client configurations, and ticket resolution. Collaborate with IT leadership, run project meetings, train staff, and provide technical ETL support during implementations.
