The Senior Product Manager oversees product performance, collaborates with stakeholders, develops strategic roadmaps, and mentors other Product Managers, ensuring product alignment with market needs and company goals.

Verify and document loan collateral insurance coverage, perform detailed research on loan histories and policies, make outbound calls and web inquiries to confirm premiums, update loan records, escalate issues, support workload and training, and ensure compliance with departmental standards and SLAs.

Serve as Workday subject matter expert to configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS processes, integrations, security, reporting, and releases. Partner with HR, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop test plans, implement enhancements, document systems, and support data integrity, compliance, and user adoption.
