Support HR team with recruiting, onboarding (I-9 tracking), HRIS (Paylocity) administration, payroll/benefits reports, employee records, shared inbox monitoring, and general administrative projects.

Lead national surgeon workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and first-year growth for oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Build proactive pipelines, manage candidate experience, coordinate multi-department onboarding, and partner with operations and physician leadership to align hiring with market and growth priorities.

Greet and check in patients, collect co-payments, verify insurance, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare new patient records, respond to billing/financial inquiries, and perform office duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
