Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, manage records, verify insurance, collect payments, answer calls, maintain reception operations, support patient flow, follow HIPAA and infection-control procedures, and assist with administrative and post-operative support.

Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental and medical providers to grow referral networks. Execute marketing, outreach, event coordination, territory planning, and data-driven referral strategies. Track referral activity, report results, support practice onboarding for new doctors, and represent the practice at community and professional events.

Manage daily operations for a busy oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, including scheduling, records, insurance verification, billing, coding, collections, compliance, inventory, reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Lead, train, and evaluate the administrative team while overseeing the patient experience. Support local marketing efforts and serve as a liaison among patients, families, surgeons, vendors, and insurance carriers. This is an on-site role in Cypress, Texas, with occasional evening or weekend work.
