Lead national surgeon workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and first-year growth for oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Build proactive pipelines, manage candidate experience, coordinate multi-department onboarding, and partner with operations and physician leadership to align hiring with market and growth priorities.

Manage patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, pre-authorizations, and front-desk communications. Maintain HIPAA-compliant records, support staff coordination, assist with claims and patient inquiries, and help with community outreach and office organization.

Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and HR processes. Administer HR systems, produce dashboards and executive reports, lead process improvements, support audits, integrations, payroll/benefits, and HR projects.
