Pick, load/unload, and inventory products in a POS warehouse. Maintain self-service areas and mailroom distribution, read product labels/location codes, follow directions, and communicate with staff in a fast-paced environment.

The Sr. Manager, Key Accounts & Strategy will lead strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, enhance market execution, and drive sales performance through effective relationship management and KPI tracking.

Manage and develop a team of luxury portfolio specialists, drive sales and account relationships for 15 key on- and off-premise accounts, oversee inventory/allocation, marketing programming, trainings, and strategic brand planning for premium spirits, wine, and champagne.

Support Portfolio Management by analyzing data, optimizing pricing/promotions, monitoring trade spend ROI, coordinating suppliers and cross-functional projects, preparing presentations and reports, and managing timelines to drive revenue and margin growth.

Manage mailroom operations, coordinate conference room setup and hospitality, maintain common areas, assist departments with light office maintenance, and oversee company vehicle maintenance.

Drive sales and distribution of Hemp/RTD/Low-No alcohol beverage portfolio. Manage key accounts and geographic territory, set and meet KPIs, develop and execute category and marketing plans, perform account audits, sampling, staff education, and use syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) to build brand volume and preferred supplier status.

Oversee and maintain the OSR system during operations: clear rejects, investigate conveyor/system faults, manage empty tray overflow and case kickout/cleanup. Coordinate warehousing activities, track storage/retrieval metrics, support quality control and process improvements, and work collaboratively across shifts including non-traditional hours.
