Sells and promotes wine and spirits brands across assigned trade and consumer accounts. Responsibilities include territory planning, sales presentations, merchandising, display and shelf management, supplier coordination, account recordkeeping, and achieving volume and distribution goals. The role requires maintaining customer relationships, supporting promotional activities, complying with company policies and regulations, and meeting sales quotas. Compensation is commission-based, with benefits provided under a union agreement.

Supports assigned sales representatives by reviewing and processing customer orders, communicating with customers and management teams, and meeting assigned schedules and performance expectations. The role requires computer proficiency, customer service experience, some selling experience, a driver’s license, and a high school diploma. College education is preferred.

Oversee and maintain the OSR system during operations: clear rejects, investigate conveyor/system faults, manage empty tray overflow and case kickout/cleanup. Coordinate warehousing activities, track storage/retrieval metrics, support quality control and process improvements, and work collaboratively across shifts including non-traditional hours.
