Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of cloud platforms, primarily in Azure. Manage Azure resources with Terraform and develop Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate reliable infrastructure deployments. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborate with software development, security, and systems teams, and troubleshoot complex platform issues while maintaining secure, scalable, high-performance environments.

Supports the bank’s second-line compliance function by developing and implementing the Compliance Monitoring Programme, conducting controls testing and thematic reviews, preparing reports, supporting regulatory reporting, performing horizon scanning, and responding to compliance inquiries. The role provides regulatory guidance to stakeholders, contributes to conduct risk and customer outcome initiatives, collaborates on financial crime risks, and supports the Senior Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance/MLRO across committees and projects.

Own and evolve the Lending data product across GCP, BigQuery, and Looker. Lead analytics engineering standards, data modelling, validation, code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery. Partner with Lending, Risk, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models and metrics. Mentor analysts and engineers, lead the Lending data workstream, and support self-service analytics and GenAI initiatives through improved metadata and data context.
