Lead the technical foundation for Allica Bank Sweden’s cloud platform. Own Azure and GCP infrastructure, landing zones, networking, container runtime, Terraform modules, CI/CD, security, governance, resilience, reliability, and cost management. Adapt the UK platform stack for Sweden, enable self-service infrastructure for product and data teams, respond to complex incidents, make independent architectural decisions, and mentor platform engineers while remaining hands-on.

Develop and launch Allica Bank’s cashflow finance product, then originate, structure, execute, and manage cashflow lending facilities for established SMEs. The role involves identifying suitable opportunities, analyzing financial information and forecasts, preparing credit proposals, negotiating terms, overseeing documentation, managing client relationships and risk, and promoting the product through regional professional-services networks.

Designs, implements, and operates Customer and Workforce IAM solutions using PingDirectory and PingFederate. Integrates authentication and authorization across enterprise and customer platforms using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect. Builds reliable IAM infrastructure with cloud, DevOps, automation, monitoring, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Provides Tier-3 support, incident response, identity governance, lifecycle management, audit support, and technical guidance to engineering, security, platform, and product teams.
