Own and develop messaging for broker and accountant channels; write copy across emails, web, ads, brochures, blogs and social; partner with designers, web and stakeholders on campaigns; maintain and improve AI copywriting tools, prompts and workflows; test and optimise messaging and support teams to self-serve high-quality copy.

Lead and manage the IT service desk to deliver excellent end-user support. Own ticket resolution, SLAs/KPIs, JML and asset lifecycle processes, mentor engineers, provide hands-on escalation support, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Incident Management and Platforms Engineering to resolve complex issues.

Design, build, and launch end-to-end features impacting business customers. Collaborate on solutions, architecture, and implementation while mentoring junior engineers.
