Conduct building energy performance simulations, convert construction drawings and field documentation into 3-D building models, and analyze HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems. Collaborate with engineers and project managers, participate in project meetings, meet deadlines, and improve proprietary software and business processes. The role requires architectural or engineering knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with eQuest, DesignBuilder, or CAD software.

Performs accurate data entry, validation, cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, and discrepancy correction. Manages large data requests by extracting and compiling information from multiple sources, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinates data-related projects, establishes timelines and milestones, monitors progress, and communicates updates to stakeholders while maintaining data integrity.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, and analysis for clients. Provide tailored financial insights, strategic recommendations, and financial advice while building strong client relationships. Lead process, system, and reporting improvements; collaborate cross-functionally and with the ISMS team; and develop high-performing teams.
