Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management skills, including data entry, data cleaning, and handling large data requests. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities and project management skills to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Entry:**
- Accurately input data into CRM, databases, systems, and tools
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
2. **Data Cleaning:**
- Perform data cleaning tasks to remove errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate entries
- Maintain data quality by implementing data validation procedures
- Conduct research to fill in the data gaps and enrich the data
3. **Large Data Requests:**
- Manage and fulfill large data requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Extract and compile data from various sources as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested data
4. **Project Management:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute data-related projects
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress
- Communicate project status, challenges, and results to stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle large data sets and requests efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
