Supports commercial and industrial utility accounts by building customer and community relationships, coordinating contracts and tariffs, managing customer information, supporting energy efficiency and growth opportunities, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The role includes frequent field meetings, customer advocacy, stakeholder coordination, interruptible-customer notification support, and occasional overnight travel.

Leads Alliant Energy’s multi-billion-dollar electric and gas infrastructure portfolio across multiple states. Establishes investment strategy, governance, and execution standards; oversees project development, regulatory approvals, budgets, controls, contracts, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Advises executives and the Board on infrastructure investments, energy assets, and strategic opportunities while leading high-performing teams focused on reliability, affordability, and operational excellence.

Leads turbine engineering and generation asset reliability initiatives, including major outage projects, contractor management, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring. Develops safe, cost-effective technical solutions, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project budgets, supports facility outages, and provides technical leadership, coaching, operational standards, training, and strategic plans.
