Lead economic development strategy and a team to drive business retention, attraction, and load growth across the utility service territory. Manage account reviews, outreach, community and higher-education partnerships, database/research, RFP/site selection responses, and marketing to support industrial and commercial customers. Supervise staff, foster inclusive leadership, and innovate processes to advance customer and community growth.

Handle moderately complex and escalated customer billing and account issues, apply rate tariffs, create/modify documentation, initiate meter and service work orders, answer customer and outage calls, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with field teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

Provide legal counsel on cybersecurity, privacy, and general corporate matters; draft contracts and regulatory filings; manage litigation and regulatory dockets; assess project risk, advise business partners, and develop policies to ensure compliance while supporting emerging technologies and organizational strategy.
