Manages a book of personal insurance accounts, handling renewals, endorsements, cancellations, claims support, policy reviews, remarketing, and customer service. The role maintains client, carrier, and agency relationships, cross-sells appropriate coverage, ensures regulatory compliance, and stays current on underwriting guidelines and insurance products. This is an in-office position with occasional travel to nearby locations.

Manage commercial insurance accounts, including policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, audits, cancellations, renewals, quoting, and client communications. Support producers and underwriters, coordinate with carriers, review policy documents, maintain accurate records, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure business clients receive timely, high-quality service.

Leads the Commercial Lines department, overseeing operations, client service, growth, profitability, carrier relationships, compliance, and team performance. Manages account managers, producers, and support staff, including hiring, coaching, training, and evaluations. Develops business strategies, monitors performance metrics, oversees onboarding and renewals, negotiates complex accounts, prepares executive reports, and ensures regulatory and quality standards are met.
