Supports client and agency accounting through invoicing, financial data entry, payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, grant reporting, general ledger activity, and financial reporting. The role also resolves billing discrepancies, assists with new client setup, trains fiscal staff, and provides coverage for fiscal functions. Requires accounting or finance education, substantial fiscal experience, strong Excel and financial systems skills, and required background clearances and health screenings.

The General Accountant supports financial operations through accounts payable, bank deposits, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, reconciliations, payroll entries, financial data analysis, and discrepancy resolution. The role also assists accounting leadership, supports new client onboarding, and maintains accurate financial records while handling sensitive information confidentially.
