The role also resolves billing discrepancies, assists with new-client service startup, cross-trains fiscal staff, and helps train new employees while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial records.

Supports nonprofit financial operations through accounts payable, deposits, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, reconciliations, payroll entries, financial data analysis, discrepancy resolution, and client onboarding. Uses accounting software and spreadsheets while assisting the Accounting Manager and Accounting Analysts. The role is full-time and hybrid, with responsibilities requiring confidentiality, sound judgment, and knowledge of accounting principles.
