The Manager, Talent Acquisition supports recruitment and staffing for schools and Home Office teams. Responsibilities include advising hiring managers, managing Workday postings and candidate tracking, conducting screenings, developing recruitment plans, coordinating hiring events, analyzing staffing data, ensuring compliance, and overseeing new-hire processing and onboarding. The role builds diverse talent pipelines and supports school leaders across a hybrid Los Angeles-based environment.

Supports daily school operations by welcoming visitors, handling calls and inquiries, maintaining attendance, enrollment, nutrition, and other records, processing payments, managing correspondence, supervising scholars, communicating with families and partners, and supporting school events. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, accurate data entry, organization, confidentiality, and commitment to serving students in an inclusive school community.

Lead a public charter school’s instructional vision, staff development, scholar achievement, college and career readiness, school culture, safety, and operational effectiveness. The Principal supervises assistant principals, coaches and evaluates educators, uses data to improve instruction, develops talented teams, engages families and communities, allocates resources, and implements organizational systems aligned with the network’s equity and anti-racist mission.

Leads employee relations strategy, investigations, complaint resolution, performance management, labor relations, policy compliance, and employee data reporting. Advises and coaches staff and leaders, updates handbooks and policies, facilitates training, assesses morale, and manages cross-functional initiatives supporting an equitable, inclusive workplace. Requires strong consultation, conflict resolution, confidentiality, data analysis, project management, and understanding of school environments, collective bargaining, and equity and inclusion.

Leads Alliance’s procurement function and fiscal operations, overseeing vendor relations, purchasing, contracts, compliance, and stakeholder support. Manages fiscal oversight audits, coordinates external auditors, leads cross-functional compliance and sourcing projects, develops policies and training, and provides implementation coaching to schools and Home Office teams. Supervises staff and uses data, project management, and strong communication to improve internal controls, customer service, and fiscal compliance across the organization.

Provide executive leadership for Home Office operational services across a 25-school network. Oversee Network Operations Leads, Facilities, and Business Operations; drive strategy, cross-functional coordination, compliance, facilities management, attendance, nutrition, safety, and scholar health. Build scalable systems, coach leaders, manage budgets, and improve network operational performance through data-driven goals and continuous improvement.

Lead development and implementation of scholar culture, equity, and DEI strategy across 25 schools. Manage and coach a team of specialists, design and deliver professional development, develop systems for dean/leader development, monitor data and progress, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to build inclusive, anti-racist school environments. Serve as a mentor, carry a small caseload of priority schools, and plan signature events to strengthen scholar belonging and culture.
