Lead network strategy and implementation to ensure scholars graduate A-G eligible and college-ready. Oversee academic counseling, college advising, dual enrollment, data systems, counselor development, and equity-centered policy. Build partnerships, manage college access infrastructure and reporting, and support middle-to-high school alignment to improve postsecondary access and persistence.

Provide targeted instructional support for scholars with disabilities by implementing IEPs/504 plans, assisting with academic remediation, behavior management, and assistive technology. Prepare and adapt materials, monitor progress, attend IEP/parent meetings as requested, and perform clerical and classroom support duties under supervision of Special Education staff.

Lead Workday (HCM/HRIS) system strategy, administration, and roadmap. Manage configuration, security, report building, integrations, testing, and release updates. Partner with Talent, Finance, and Operations to standardize processes, drive change management, document workflows, and advise network leadership. Oversee cross-functional teams, vendor training, and Workday governance to improve analytics, KPIs, and system adoption across schools and home office.

Lead school culture, behavior, and safety initiatives using PBIS and trauma-informed practices; manage discipline, attendance, family engagement, and SEL teams; analyze behavior and attendance data to inform MTSS interventions; coach and develop staff, deliver professional development, and oversee scholar supports and restorative practices to promote equity and scholar success.

Provide executive leadership for Home Office operational services across a 25-school network. Oversee Network Operations Leads, Facilities, and Business Operations; drive strategy, cross-functional coordination, compliance, facilities management, attendance, nutrition, safety, and scholar health. Build scalable systems, coach leaders, manage budgets, and improve network operational performance through data-driven goals and continuous improvement.

Lead development and implementation of scholar culture, equity, and DEI strategy across 25 schools. Manage and coach a team of specialists, design and deliver professional development, develop systems for dean/leader development, monitor data and progress, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to build inclusive, anti-racist school environments. Serve as a mentor, carry a small caseload of priority schools, and plan signature events to strengthen scholar belonging and culture.

Manage and supervise the IT Shared Service team providing onsite IT support for participating schools. Oversee help desk operations, device inventory (Snipe-IT), and enterprise systems (Google Admin, JAMF, Zoom). Provide hands-on device repair, fill in for staff, collaborate with IT teams and school leaders, and support peaks like testing and device deployment.

Lead HR Operations strategy and execution across talent lifecycle, compliance, benefits, and systems. Manage a 9-person HR Operations team, establish KPIs and budgets, drive cross-functional partnerships, improve HR systems and policies, and ensure equitable, legally compliant staff experiences for school and Home Office staff.

Support school leaders across a portfolio to improve Science instruction through coaching, data analysis, professional development, and implementation of NGSS-aligned materials. Build relationships, lead collaboration structures, analyze scholar work and assessment data, and contribute to network-wide science strategy and PD design to increase scholar achievement.
