Leads employee relations strategy, investigations, complaint resolution, performance management, labor relations, policy compliance, and employee data reporting. Advises and coaches staff and leaders, updates handbooks and policies, facilitates training, assesses morale, and manages cross-functional initiatives supporting an equitable, inclusive workplace. Requires strong consultation, conflict resolution, confidentiality, data analysis, project management, and understanding of school environments, collective bargaining, and equity and inclusion.

Leads Alliance’s procurement function and fiscal operations, overseeing vendor relations, purchasing, contracts, compliance, and stakeholder support. Manages fiscal oversight audits, coordinates external auditors, leads cross-functional compliance and sourcing projects, develops policies and training, and provides implementation coaching to schools and Home Office teams. Supervises staff and uses data, project management, and strong communication to improve internal controls, customer service, and fiscal compliance across the organization.

Provides campus supervision and behavior support for high school scholars by building positive relationships, reinforcing expectations, de-escalating conflicts, facilitating restorative practices, documenting incidents, maintaining behavior data, and supporting schoolwide social-emotional and tiered intervention systems. The role collaborates with school leaders, families, and community members to promote a safe, inclusive, accountable, and supportive school culture.
