Build executive relationships, lead QBRs using recruitment performance metrics, negotiate renewals and amendments, and translate customer feedback into product roadmap input. Focus on operational rigor, CRM discipline, and growth through new studies, sites, and product adoption.

Generate pipeline via outbound cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events. Qualify prospects through consultative selling, partner with Account Executives to book meetings, maintain CRM data, master product and ICP, and train to advance into Account Executive roles. Focus on selling to clinical research sites and accelerating pipeline growth.

Own post-sale relationships with clinical research sites: lead onboarding and training, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, renew and expand accounts, and translate customer insights into product roadmap priorities while building trusted relationships across executives and clinicians.

Own full sales cycle with clinical research sites: source, qualify, close new accounts, and expand ARR. Build trusted relationships with execs and clinicians, manage renewals and cross-sells, and self-source pipeline while collaborating with founders and internal teams.

Owner of mission-critical business operations: drive strategic customer deployments, design operating models and partnerships, translate customer insights into product requirements, and build repeatable processes to scale go-to-market and operational execution for AI-driven clinical trial solutions.
