Provides training and guidance on billing, rebate programs, patient assistance, and compliance. Maintains accurate records, protects patient confidentiality, and reports biologics billing risks and performance metrics.

Leads Allergy Partners’ growth strategy through physician practice acquisitions, partnerships, de novo expansion, and market development. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating opportunities, building relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders, leading negotiations and due diligence, closing transactions, and coordinating post-transaction integration across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR, and IT.

Responsible for income tax provisions, federal/state/local tax filings, tax reconciliations, business licensing, compliance calendars, tax notices, and regulatory research across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Supports month-end close, financial reporting, audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal control improvements. Requires strong accounting, tax, Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
