Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, garnishments, benefit accruals, tax deposits and reporting (including W-2s). Prepare payroll G/L entries, bank reconciliations, enter credit card transactions, assist HR with ADP data, and support accounting backlog tasks as needed.

Perform deck operations under the Captain’s direction: monitor and maintain vessel systems, assist with docking and passenger boarding, conduct safety orientations and emergency response, perform routine mechanical checks and maintenance, keep vessel clean and safe, and provide guest-facing customer service during tours.
